Pastoral Family

Dr. and Mrs. Larry Woods

Dr. and Mrs. Woods first heard the truth in 1976. They were born into the Kingdom of God the very first Sunday they visited the First Pentecostal Church in Jackson, Mississippi. Five years later they were called to the ministry.

Dr. and Mrs. Woods assisted Andy Carpenter, currently in Madisonville, KY on two separate occasions. They have also assisted Pastor Lloyd Adcock of Brandon, Mississippi. In 1984 they started a Home Missions Church in New Albany, Mississippi

Dr. Woods has been involved in the Africa Project, an effort to win seven million souls to Christ in seven years in sub-Saharan Africa. He preached in South Durban in 1999 and in Port Elizabeth in 2000, and was committed to the project for all of the seven years.

Today the Woods family is in Fort Mill, South Carolina and has established a church for the name of Jesus Christ. This church has been built because of their dedication to the cause and call of Jesus Christ.
